Recipe记事本#1 马铃薯饼 Hashbrown
材料:鸡蛋1颗,马铃薯3颗
调味料:盐,胡椒粉
步骤:
1。把马铃薯刨成丝,把水挤压掉
2。把马铃薯丝泡在蛋汁里,加少许盐和胡椒粉调味
3。热锅,煎成马铃薯饼
p/s:
下锅煎的马铃薯丝要比较干,蛋汁不必到下锅一起煎。
